Do I need to book an appointment to visit HomeQuest?
No. You are welcome to visit the HomeQuest display village without an appointment and explore the homes at your own pace.
If you would like dedicated time with a particular builder, booking an appointment directly with that builder is recommended but not required.
What are the opening hours?
HomeQuest is open 7 days a week. Individual display homes are operated independently, so opening hours may vary slightly between builders.
We recommend checking availability before visiting, particularly during public holidays or seasonal closure periods.
Are all display homes open every day?
Not always. While the village itself may be open, some display homes may be closed on certain days due to builder availability, public holidays or scheduled closures.

Can I visit multiple builders in one day?
Yes. That is one of the key benefits of visiting HomeQuest. The village brings together multiple leading custom home builders in one location, allowing you to compare designs, layouts and finishes in a single visit.
Who will I speak to when I arrive?
Each display home is staffed by representatives from the individual builder. They can answer questions about designs, inclusions, pricing ranges and the build process.

Can I bring my family or children?
Yes. HomeQuest is family-friendly and visitors are welcome to bring children. Many guests find it helpful to walk through homes together to discuss layouts and features.

Absolutely. Many visitors come to HomeQuest to gather ideas, understand what is possible, and explore different architectural styles before making any decisions.
There is no obligation to build or engage with a builder during your visit.
Can I take photos or videos during my visit?
In most cases, casual photography is permitted. However, some builders may have restrictions within their display homes.

Do the builders only build the display homes shown?
No. The display homes are examples of each builder’s design style and level of finish. Most builders offer fully custom designs and can tailor a home to suit your block, lifestyle and budget.
Can builders help with sloping or complex blocks?
Yes. Many of the builders at HomeQuest specialise in custom homes and have experience designing for sloping sites, narrow blocks and complex land conditions.
You can discuss your specific block with individual builders during your visit.
Is parking available on site?
Yes. On-site parking is available for visitors. The village is designed to be easily accessible, including for prams and those with limited mobility.
